Privacy Commissioner finds no evidence to justify investigation into ProCare

ProCare is very pleased to see the position the Privacy Commissioner has taken on the technology vendors’ allegations. There was no basis to the complaint and it is important to note that there was not enough evidence to initiate an investigation.

ProCare strongly shares the Privacy Commissioner’s concerns about the making of unsubstantiated claims and undermining of public confidence.

As one of the many stewards of the health system we take our responsibility to ensure public trust and confidence as paramount. We will continue to work collaboratively with our other sector partners  who share this same goal.
