Network 4

Network 4, or more colloquially known as 'the N4', is a collaborative network formed by four of New Zealand's largest Primary Health Organisations – Pegasus Health, Pinnacle Group, ProCare Health, and Tu Ora Compass Health.

Together, we represent a significant portion of the country's primary care sector, supporting more than 500 general practices and two million enrolled patients – more than a quarter of all enrolled patients in Aotearoa.

Working together at scale

N4 brings the primary care sector together.

By combining our expertise, resources, and reach, we can deliver solutions that are more effective than any one organisation could achieve alone. By aligning priorities and reducing duplication, we enable initiatives to be delivered more efficiently and scaled nationally to create greater impact.

Through shared data, digital infrastructure, and collaborative investment, N4 is helping build a more connected primary care system. Secure data sharing enables better insights and more co-ordinated care, while our collective approach to innovation allows us to test and scale new solutions that improve patient experience, support clinicians, and strengthen the sustainability of general practice across Aotearoa.
