Our primary health organisation (PHO) delivery arm is named ProCare Networks Ltd (PNL). It also has its own ProCare Networks Ltd (PNL) board of directors.

Our advisory committees
The board has established two governance committees to assist itself and the subsidiary boards with specific technical business matters, a clinical governance committee to ensure we deliver safe and quality healthcare services to our enrolled population, and a community engagement committee to provide advice on the health needs of the communities we serve.
In addition ProCare has two specialist committees, signalling the importance we place upon caring for high risk populations: ProCare's Maori advisory committee (ProMa) and ProCare's pacific advisory committee (ProPa).
